James Starr (aka Jim Starr)

After completing a foundation course at Chelsea Jim drew influence from graffiti, print and graphic design both in the UK and the US.

Artists Jim admires include Jasper Johns, Basquiat, Keith Haring and Robert Rauschenberg.

His work has been used in major advertising campaigns in the UK and Europe, displayed on t-shirts, clothing, print, records and canvas.

James has been steadily increasing his audience over the past few years and recently sold well at the Dreweatts Urban Art auction, London.
